Practical info
Doors
The Transardentes doors open at 18:00. Cloakrooms and tickets will be available as of then. Artists' performances begin at 19:00 sharp. Earlier arrival is advised in order not to miss anything.
Room capacity
The Transardentes comprises of four areas of 5,500 (Pyramid room), 3,000 (Sphere room), 1,500 (Cube room) and 900 (Elektropedia room).
Cloakroom & toilets
A cloakroom is located at the festival entrance and several toilets will be distributed close to the performance areas.
Free drinking water points
Drinking water will be freely available on the site.
Also new will be an increase of shuttle bus arrival and departure times.
EcoCup for Les TransArdentes
Les Ardentes is also a festival concerned with the environment.
As his big brother LES ARDENTES, FESTIVAL LES TRANSARDENTES will use returnable glasses.
A big first in Belgium for a electronic music festival on this scale: Les TransArdentes drinking glasses will be returnable from now on!
Especially designed for the occasion, the glasses are reusable, both at the festival and at home!
Results of this substantial investment:
- A huge decrease in production of waste
- Cleaner rooms
How does it work?
The system is simple :
- All drinks served in festival bars (except plastic bottles) are concerned
- Deposit of 1 drinks ticket/coin per glass
- For each order, once the deposit is returned, the used glass will be exchanged for a new one
- Deposits may be retrieved at any time by returning your glass to any festival ticket booth
Eating & drinking
The TransArdentes festival is organised so you are short of nothing onsite. Many stands will offer a rich variety of quality foods and snacks of the world between the two main stages. Various drinks, alcoholic and otherwise are available from our numerous bars.
It is forbidden to bring onto the site :
- Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles and cans, mess-kits, flasks and opaque bottles
- Freezer-boxes and other storage containers
- Food
Security
For your own safety, the following are forbidden onsite :
- Weapons and inflammable, explosive or volatile substances
- Dangerous objects, sharp or blunt, thus any object that could serve as a weapon/projectile
- Animals
Miscellaneous
- Professional audio-visual equipment is forbidden without authorisation
- Distribution and fixing of flyers, posters and other promotional material is forbidden without authorisation. Ask for permission at info[at]lesardentes.be.
