Of Neapolitan origin but set up home in London in 2008, Riva Starr has a very special skill for mixing sounds from different worlds. A mix often improbable on paper, but which in his clever hands becomes a hit. With productions on the best labels of the moment like Dirty Bird, Made to Play, Get Physical and Kindisch, he has seduced all the critics as well as artists like Sven Vath, Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Cox, Pete Tong….A talented remixer, the unique touch of Riva Starr can also be found on tracks by Estelle and The Gossip. At the TransArdentes, we are especially looking forward to hearing his recent collaboration with Fatboy Slim and Beardyman on the single Get Naked.
