Throughout an impeccable 20 year career, Laurent Garnier has always been a role model on the international dance scene. Pioneer of techno and house, above all, this artist likes diversity and progress. Since the early days when he was resident DJ at the legendary Hacienda in Manchester, he contributed to the evolution of the DJ's status from entertainer who puts on records to musician. Today, there are therefore two Garniers: First of all, the master who fills dancefloors with wild sets like at the 2008 Ardentes; but also the sound alchemist of the Garnier studio, his place for learning and experimentation. His new project "Tales Of a Kelptomaniac" is even more proof of his intelligence and fine taste. Here, the maestro links disco and dubstep, techno and other suprising historical links. It's this Garnier that the TransArdentes will have the honour of welcoming live this year.
